Are you religious? Why or why not?

No, I am not religious. Spiritual maybe is a better word to describe my beliefs.

I don’t like religion, I think it is made up bullshit that some stupid white person created to control people. But do I believe in Jesus? Oh yes, I beleieve he walked the same broken Earth that I do.

I truly do always think about the fact that it says in the bible that the biggest sin is hypocrisy. So I ask, What is religion if not hypocrisy? Think about it, it’s used to control through shame and hatred and guilt. God, Jesus they are of love, the purest form. So they why does the church hurt and harm and push people further away from God. Religion is one of the devil’s slickest tools, a demon disguised as an angel. Religion is a tool for hypocrites, they use God’s name and spite his kingdom every time they use God as an excuse to shame or spread hate in his name.

So no I’m not religious but spiritual.

I believe in God, or even the idea of a higher self that we tap into sometime, also could be referred to as the holy spirit. I do believe in Jesus, a man that felt all the same pain as me. A man that wrestled with all the same feelings and sins that I wrestle with now.

I know that God exist because I feel the divinity in me as a reflection of him, my magic.
